Refunds on Blackmagic Design Products

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee for all purchases made on our website, excluding software. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
When a refund is approved you will receive it through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
These refund rights are separate from any legal rights you may have if the product is either faulty or misdescribed.

What Happens When I Request a Refund?

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and meet the following conditions:
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable except in the case of faulty items.

If successful, it may take longer for your statement to reflect the credit as refunds take different amounts of time depending on how you paid.
