Live Production Clip Player

Add excitement to your live production with pre-recorded video clips! HyperDeck Shuttle is perfect for playing back broadcast quality clips directly to ATEM Mini or Constellation switchers. Connect via HDMI or SDI to ATEM just like a camera source for an almost unlimited library of clips. HyperDeck Shuttle’s design matches ATEM Mini, so you can comfortably operate both side by side. In live production you don’t want to accidentally play the wrong clip, so you can use the clip button to stop playback at the end of the current clip. With a built-in 7” monitor on the 4K Pro, it’s easy to use the large search dial to visually navigate your clip library and cue the clip you want to play.

Master Recorder for Live Production

HyperDeck Shuttle has the same features as a rack mount HyperDeck, but in a compact desktop design making it ideal for on location live production such as concerts and music festivals! With SDI or HDMI models, HyperDeck Shuttle is the perfect master recorder for ATEM live production switchers. The simple front panel controls let you start and stop recording with just the press of a button, leaving you free to concentrate on live multi camera switching. HyperDeck Shuttle can record in ProRes or DNx for broadcast quality masters, and H.264 or H.265 for uploading to streaming services. It also supports long recordings in a single file, perfect for live events when recording starts and stops!

Animated Motion Graphics

Animated motion graphics add an extra level of excitement to live production! HyperDeck Shuttle lets you play animated titles, edited packages, advertisements and more as a source into an ATEM switcher. HyperDeck Shuttle 4K Pro can play ProRes 4444 files that include an alpha channel which the deck will convert in real time to separate SDI fill and key video outputs for layering in a live production switcher. You can create an unlimited library of animated titles, lower thirds and bugs that will be perfectly keyed in the switcher. Plus ATEM switchers can control the HyperDeck to trigger transitions or macros. HyperDeck Shuttle will always give you a true broadcast clip player with transparency.

Simply load an RTF file onto an SD card and HyperDeck Shuttle will output the text to the monitor. It will even read formatting such as color and font weight! There’s no complex software, just write your scripts in TextEdit or Notepad. It even automatically scales the text size so your script is easy to read. Use the large search dial to scroll the script like a traditional teleprompter or set it to play automatically at the speed you want. You can even monitor the script on the built-in LCD of the 4K Pro model.
