ATEM Switchers 9.6.1 Update

This software update is for ATEM Streaming Bridge and fixes a bug where the HyperDeck streaming qualities were not available in the setup utility, as well as the XML file generated by the utility. It also restores the ability to use host names when streaming via the internet.
